Variance Requests
Variances are reviewed the third Thursday of every month.
Below are a few points to remember when submitting a variance.
MAKE SURE TO SIGN AND INITIAL YOUR REQUEST
- Plot plan must be attached with all critical dimensions and information.
- Sizing of trees not to exceed 4’ in height. If the trees are larger, this will need to be amended on the request.
5’ from the front of the swale for all mulch beds. - No trees or planting in common or green space.
- All trees and other plantings must be identified—pictures are best to help understand the request.
- COI must state TOA Southpointe as “additional insured”, with $1M in coverage
- Board of Directors reserves the right to a 60-day review period, per the Bylaws
Not having this information in the original submission will slow down the process and you may have to wait for the next meeting for a review.
